The public website does not ask you for any payment and does not create any account. It uses neither audience measurement tools nor advertising cookies.

Recipients
Your data is read by the AETC team and the division concerned. It is not sold. It is entrusted to technical service providers, solely to run these services:
- Hosting of the platform and the database
- Sending emails
- Sending SMS
- WhatsApp messaging, once this service is activated
Website display: images and some components are loaded from third-party services, which receive your IP address when the page loads.
Transfers outside Burkina Faso
Some service providers are located outside Burkina Faso, notably in the United States and the European Union.
Retention period
Your requests are kept for as long as needed to process them and follow up on our relationship. Your news subscription is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its use, by writing to contact@amdigitalempire.com. Every news email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
You can contact the Commission de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CIL) of Burkina Faso.
Security
AETC implements technical and organisational measures to protect your data, notably encrypted exchanges with the website and access limited to the team concerned.
